Own your virtual prepaid card and start using it immediately without ever leaving your home!
Online shopping, video game subscriptions, or even online ads if you’re in the social media industry: it’s practically impossible to be a part of this world without encountering online receipts – and double that if you have kids!
Create a virtual prepaid card through our app and start using it immediately or even gift it to a loved one.
Create a card
Step 1 of 6
Tap on "Cards" located in the main bar
You will be redirected to a screen containing your card information and a list of control features you can choose from.

Swipe left or right to add a new Card
You will see the “New card” screen with an option to create new virtual prepaid card.

Tap on “Add new Card +” located on the screen and choose the type of the card from the list
You will be directed to the “New card” screen with an option to create new virtual prepaid card.

Enter the name of your new card and the mobile number that will be associated with the card
then you need to tap on continue to be directed to a screen of top-up the card, it's optional as you may decide to top-up the card later on after the creating

top-up the card with an amount or leave it the top-up for later
Tap on continue to complete creating your cards. We will explain the top-up process separately.

Tap on "Continue" to complete creating your card
After complete creating the card successfully, you can get all the details of your card anytime, and control it with many options from the Card main screen
Print a Card
Step 1 of 6
Tap on “Cards” at the top of the main screen
Swipe the cards to the right until you reach the virtual card you would like to print.

Tap on “Print Card”
You will be redirected to the terms conditions.

Read the terms and conditions and accept them
Make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions carefully before checking the box on the right that says “ I agree to the terms and conditions”. Tap on “Continue” to move to the PIN code screen.

Enter a PIN code for your card to use at the ATM and then tap “Continue”
You will be redirected to the “Payment” screen to select the account to pay the printing fees from.

Select the account you want to pay with and then tap “Order now”.
You will be redirected to the “Success” screen.

Success!
Tap on “Continue” and your card will be delivered in 1 week.
Terminate a Card
Step 1 of 4
Tap on “Cards” at the top of the main screen
Swipe the cards to the right until you reach the virtual card you would like to terminate and tap on “Terminate Card”.

Make sure the balance of the card is zero
You will see a pop-up warning you if there is money in the card. Tap on "Got it" and you’ll be redirected to the terms and conditions page.

Read and approve the terms and conditions
Make sure you carefully read and understand the terms and conditions before ticking the box on the right saying “I agree to the terms and conditions”. Tap on “Continue” to move to the next screen to complete the process.
Step 4 of 4
Success!
Tap "Continue" and your card is now terminated.
