Transfer money from your phone locally and internationally anytime with only a few steps!

Our app allows you to transfer your money anywhere – whether locally or anywhere in the world. You don’t need to visit a branch and fill out endless paperwork for a simple transfer. Now you can decide when and where you make your transfers, with just your phone and a few taps.

Transfer between accounts

Tap on "Payment" located at the bottom of the main screen

Select "Bank Transfer"
You will be directed to the "Make a payment" screen, which contains a list of transfer types you can perform

Select "Between My Accounts"
You will be directed to the "Transfer from" screen, which contains a list of your accounts.

Choose the account you want to transfer money from
You will be directed to the "Transfer to" screen, which also contains a list of your accounts.

Choose the account you want to transfer money to
You will be directed to the "Transfer Amount" screen.

Enter the amount you want to transfer, then tap on "Continue"
You will be directed to the "Transfer Details" screen.
You can also choose to transfer the full balance by tapping on "Full Balance". Moreover, you can change the account you want to transfer money from by tapping on "Change" at the bottom of the screen.

Enter any additional information you want, then tap on "Continue"
Alternatively, you can skip this step by tapping on "Continue" to be directed to the "Review payment" screen.

You will be directed to the "Success" screen.

Tap on "Done" at the bottom of the screen to return to the "Payment" screen.

International Transfers

Step 1 of 13
Tap on "Payment" located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen.
A menu will appear with a list of options.

Select Bank transfer from the menu
You will be directed to the “Make a payment” screen which contains a list of different types of payments you can make.

Select International payment from the menu
You will be directed to the “Transfer from” screen which contains a list of your accounts.

Select the account you want to transfer from
You will be directed to the “Enter beneficiary details” screen where you can enter the details of the beneficiary.

Fill in the required fields and select whether your beneficiary is an individual or an organization, then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Destination country” screen which contains a list of the countries you can make your transfer to.

You will be directed to the “Beneficiary bank details” screen where you can enter the account details of the beneficiary.

Enter the account number or IBAN as per the information available to you/the country you are making your transfer to, then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Transfer currency” screen where you can choose your transfer currency.Note: You can also use the IBAN Scan option.

Select your transfer currency
You will be directed to the “Payment details” screen where you can enter the amount you want to transfer and the correspondence charges.

Choose the correspondence charges (OUR, SHARED or BENEFICIARY)
You will need to pick between OUR, SHARED or BENEFICIARY. The “OUR” instruction means you pay all transfer charges and the beneficiary receives the payment in full. The “SHARED” instruction means you and the beneficiary will share the transfer fees which is deducted from the amount you are transferring. The “BENEFICIARY” instruction means you do not pay any fees and the beneficiary receives the payment with all the fees deducted.

Enter your payment details then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Transfer reason” screen where you can select the reason for your transfer.

You will be directed to the “Review payment” screen where you can review and edit your transfer details if necessary.

Review your transfer details then tap on Make payment located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Confirm transfer” screen where you can enter the verification code sent to you through text message.

Enter the verification code then tap on Confirm and complete located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Success” screen. Your transfer was successful.

Transfer to any bank in Jordan!

You’ll be asked to select the type of beneficiary you want to add.

Remove a beneficiary

You’ll be directed to the "Beneficiaries" screen to view all your saved beneficiaries.

You'll be able to select the beneficiary you want to delete.
