Request a payment from your phone in the blink of an eye!

Asking for your money – or worse, your money back – can be embarrassing to say the least. This is where the Payment request feature comes in!

Our app gives you the option to delicately request your money through the Payment request feature, without the need to share your account details with anyone.

Step 1 of 5

Tap on “Payment” located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen

A menu will appear with a list of options.

Step 2 of 5

Select Request payment from the menu

You will be directed to the “Request payment” screen with a list of your accounts.

Select the account you want to receive your payment in

You will be directed to a screen where you can fill the payment details, as well as add a personal message to the request.

Enter the amount of the requested payment then tap on Create payment request

You will be directed to a screen where you can share the request with your contacts via the app or through the channel of your choosing.

Share your payment request with your contacts or through social media

You can share your payment request through the following methods:
– By copying and pasting the available link.
– By tapping on Share with contacts to share your request with your contacts.
– By tapping on Share to share your request through text message, WhatsApp or any channel of your choosing.

Can I view my previous payment requests?

Yes! You can view your previous payment requests through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Payment request history from the menu A list will appear containing your sent and received payment requests.

Can I decline a payment request?

Yes! You can decline a payment request through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Payment request history from the menu A list will appear containing your sent and received payment requests.
Tap on Received payments and select the payment request you want to decline You will be directed to a screen containing the options to Accept or Decline.
Tap on Accept/Decline to either accept or decline a payment request. You have now successfully accepted/declined a payment request.

Does scanning a QRcode or tapping on the link complete my payment process?

No! After scanning a QRcode or tapping on a link you will be directed to a screen containing the options to either Confirm or Cancel. Tap on Confirm to complete the payment process. You have now successfully completed your payment process.

Do I need a new QRcode and link for every payment request?

Your QRcode remains the same for every payment request, and you can reuse it as much as you like.

Is there an upper limit to the amount I can send or receive in a payment request?

No! You can send or receive payment requests of any amount.

How do I know who sent me a payment request?

You can find out who sent you a payment request through the following methods:

The notification you receive of a payment request will contain the name of the sender.
Your payment request history will contain the name of each sender.
The main screen will contain the payment request and the name of the sender on the slider.
Swipe up on the main screen until you reach Received payment request where you can find a list of your payment request senders.

How can I send a payment request more than once?

You can send a payment request more than once through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Payment request history from the menu A list will appear containing your sent and received payment requests.
Tap on Sent payments and select the payment request you want to resend You will be directed to a screen containing the Share and Close options.
Tap on Share Here you can select who you want to share your payment request with and proceed.

How can I check the status of my sent payment requests?

You can check the status of your send payment requests through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Payment request history from the menu A list will appear containing your sent and received payment requests.
Tap on Sent payments and select the payment request you want to resend A list will appear containing your sent payment requests, as well as their status of either Received, Declined or Pending.
