Pay securely with Apple Pay
Apple pay
The time has come to use your phone as a quick and secure way of paying. All you need to do is add your card to your Apple Wallet to activate the service.
Generate Debit Card
Step 1 of 3
Sign in to our mobile app and move to the cards screen
Choose the debit card you want to connect to Apple Pay. Tap on the button “Create card for Apple Pay +”.

Read the instructions
Tap “continue” to create a new debit card. You will still be able to use your existing debit card and it will not be terminated or frozen.

Add to Apple Pay
When the card is created, tap on “Add to Apple Wallet” and continue with the steps to start using Apple pay.
Add card via the Bank al Etihad app

Sign in to the app, move to the cards screen
Choose the card you want to connect to your Apple Pay wallet - either your prepaid card or your debit card. Tap on “Add to Apple Wallet'', you will be redirected to Apple Pay home screen. Tap continue.

Card details
Your card details, name and card number will be added automatically. Tap next and you will be redirected to the terms and conditions page. Tap agree.

Card verification
Verify your card, you will receive an OTP (one-time password) via SMS. Enter it and tap next.

Set as default card in wallet
Enjoy secure and easy payments!
Contactless limit

Tap on "Card settings"

Upon tapping on the "Card settings" option, you will be directed to a screen where you can modify the contactless limit for Apple Pay or choose to disable it entirely
You have the ability to manage the daily purchase limit using Apple Pay contactless. By default, the limit is set to 300 JOD, but you can adjust it to a maximum allowed limit of 5,000 JOD.
