Steps to Open a Gold Account

Now, you can invest in gold directly through our app. Open a gold account today, and with a few taps, you’ll be able to buy and sell this precious metal at your convenience.
How to open a gold account
Step 1 of 3
From the main screen, tap on "Add new+"
You will be directed to choose your new account’s type and currency. Or by tapping on “Hub” located at the bottom of the main screen, scroll down to the “App settings”, then choose “Create Account” and then choose the account type and currency.

Choose "Current Account - Precious Metals" from the list
Make sure that "Gold" is the currency, then tap on “Create account”.
Step 3 of 3
Once you set up your account, you'll be able to view your account details.
You can perform action like buying, selling and viewing the account details.
How to buy gold
Step 1 of 5
From the main screen, scroll down to your gold account
Tap on "Buy" located under the account or tap directly on the account, then tap on "Buy" under the account number. You will be directed to the introductory screen.

This screen will only appear the first time you access the gold account, whether you're buying, selling, or simply tapping on the account.
Tap on "Get started" to start buying gold. You will be directed to the "Buy Gold" screen.

Enter the amount you want to buy gold with
To change the account from which the payment will be deducted, tap on "Change" located at the bottom right of the screen. Then, tap on "Continue". You will be directed to the "Review payment" screen to proceed with your transaction.

Review your payment details
After carefully reviewing your payment details, tap on "Make payment" to complete the transaction.

Congratulations!
You've successfully bought gold.
How to sell gold
Step 1 of 5
From the main screen, scroll down to your gold account
Tap on "Sell" located under the account or tap directly on the account, then tap on "Sell" under the account number.
Step 2 of 5
Enter the amount you want to sell gold for
Tap on "Continue" at the bottom of the screen. You will be directed to the "Sell to" screen.

Your accounts will be displayed on this screen
Select the account where you want the transfer your gold to.

Review your payment details
After carefully reviewing the transaction details, tap on "Make payment" to complete the process.
Step 5 of 5
The process was completed successfully
You've sold gold.
