Open an account for your children through the following steps:

Our dedicated banking program for families makes empowering your kids financially easy and secure. Manage their accounts and stay informed about all their transactions through our banking app.

How to open Child Account

Step 1 of 12
Tap on “Hub” located at the bottom of the main screen
A menu will appear with a list of options.

Tap on “Family” from the list
You will be directed to the “Family” screen to add a child.

Tap on “Add child” located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Add child” screen from which you will have two options : either open an account for your child or link their account to yours.

Tap on “Onboard” located beside your child’s name.
You will be directed to a screen to enter the necessary information.

Enter the child’s national ID number, then tap on “Continue”
You will be directed to a screen to open an account, which contains a series of questions.

Answer the questions, then tap on “Continue”
You will have a couple of questions to answer regarding your national identity.

You will be directed to the “Add child” screen
Enter your child’s name and answer the question about whether your child holds other nationalities.

You will be directed to a screen to select the account type
Select the account type you want to open, then tap on “Continue”.

You will be directed to the “Set pin” screen
Enter your PIN, then tap on “Continue” to proceed to the terms and conditions.

Review Terms and Conditions
After reviewing the terms and conditions, check the box at the bottom of the screen to agree. Then, tap on “Continue” to proceed to the next step.

You will be directed to the “Review” screen
Review your child’s details, then tap on “Create account”.

You’ve successfully opened an account for your child!
You will be contacted by the courier company for the delivery of the debit card. Upon receiving the card, activate it by tapping the “Activate” button next to your child's name. You can either scan the card or manually enter the last 4 digits.

Link your child’s account to yours

Step 1 of 5
Tap on “Hub” located at the bottom of the main screen
A menu will appear with a list of options.

You will be directed to the “Family” screen to add a child.

You will be directed to the “Add child” screen from which you will have two options : either open an account for your child or link their account to yours.

To manage a debit card

Select your child’s debit card
You will be directed to the debit card’s main screen.

You will be directed to the card’s settings screen.

Adjust your card settings as preferred
From this screen, you can manage your ecommerce limit, adjust contactless settings, and set your ATM withdrawal limit. You can also enable the card’s magnetic strip and get help.

To issue prepaid card

Step 1 of 10
Tap on "Hub" located at the bottom of the main screen
A list of options will appear.

You will be directed to the family program screen.

Click on the child that you want to issue the card for
You will be directed to a screen with your child’s account.

Go to the card section and click on the “Add new card+”
You will be directed to a screen to choose the preferred card type “JOD” or “Multi-currency”

Choose the preferred type of the card

Enter your child name and the phone number
Then click create card

You will be directed to pay for its fees

To manage prepaid card

Select the prepaid card you want more details for
You will be directed to the card’s main screen.

Adjust your card settings as preferred
From this screen, you can check your PIN, control your ecommerce limit, adjust contactless settings, and set your ATM withdrawal limit. You can also print your card, terminate it, and get help.

Go back to the card’s main screen
From this screen, you can top up the card by tapping the “+” symbol, freeze the card, or check its details, including the name on the card, card number, CVV, and expiration date.

Prepaid card printing

Step 1 of 6
From the card settings click on print card
You will be directed to a screen with the different types where you can choose from.

Tap on "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Once you carefully review the terms and conditions, check the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box and tap on "Continue".

Enter the PIN code for your new card
Tap on "Continue" to proceed to the final step.

Select the account from which you want the fees to be deducted
Tap on "Order now" to complete the process.
