Want to connect your debit card to multiple accounts? Look no further than our app, where you can now achieve that with a few taps, as well as explore the many other control features available.
How to access your card

Tap on “Cards” located on the bar at the Top of the main screen

You will be directed to a screen containing information about your cards and a list of settings you can choose from. Swipe left or right to choose the card you want to manage
To link your card to more than one account
Step 1 of 2
Tap on "Linked accounts"
Step 2 of 2
You will be directed to the “Linked accounts” screen where a list will appear with the accounts you can link to your card. To link an account tap and check the box next to it.
To Replace your card with a new card
Step 1 of 8
Choose "Replace Card" from the Menu.
You will directly be transferred to the Replace card screen that contains multiple reasons for replacing your card. Choose your reason.

After choosing the reason, tap on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen.
You will directly be transferred to the next screen where you will enter the pincode for your new card.
Step 3 of 8
You will get a message at the bottom of the screen asking you to “Enter 4 digits PIN for your ATM card”. Tap on "Got it" to start entering that number.
Your secret identification number is the same as your pincode.
Step 4 of 8
Enter the pincode for your new card then tap on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen.
You will directly be transferred to the next screen where you will enter the address to which you want the new card delivered.
Step 5 of 8
Enter the delivery address details then tap on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen.
You will directly be transferred to the next screen where you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Card Replacement procedure.

Agree on the Terms and Conditions then tap on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen.
You will directly be transferred to the next screen where you will be asked to select from your accounts

Choose the account that you want the delivery cost to be deducted from then tap on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen
Wait a little bit to be transferred to the next screen to confirm the delivery address and the deductible amount.
Step 8 of 8
Tap on the "Order replacement" button on the bottom of the screen.
After completing that step you have successfully completed the Card Replacement procedure with your new card delivered to you during 3 working days.
To manage your card settings

Tap on "Card settings"

You will be directed to the “Card settings” screen where you can manage the internet, ATM settings and Contactless payment feature
To monitor your purchases

Tap on "Spending analysis"
Step 2 of 2
You will be directed to the “Spending analysis” screen where you can find statistical data of your monthly transactions, as well as switch between the Category and Merchant options.
To freeze your card
Step 1 of 1
Tap on "Freeze card"
After your card is frozen the “Unfreeze card” button will appear, which you can tap on to unfreeze your card.
View your transactions

To quickly view your transactions through your card, keep swiping up and a list of your transaction history will appear.
