CliQ – the instant transfer feature!

Introducing 24/7 instant transfers with CliQ! CliQ works with your schedule: anytime, any day, and all you need is your phone.

Create your alias and transfer now!

Step 1 of 5
Tap on “Payment” located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen
A menu will appear with a list of options.
Step 2 of 5
Select "CliQ" instant payment from the menu
You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen which contains a list of your aliases. In case you don’t already have one, you can create on.
Step 3 of 5
Tap on "Create a new alias" located at the bottom of the screen to create a new alias
You will be directed to the “Create a new alias” screen where you can fill in the information to create your alias.
Step 4 of 5
Fill in the desired information to create your alias then tap on Continue located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Select account” screen where you can select the account you are using to send and receive money.

Select the account you want to link to your alias
You will be directed to the “Success” screen where you can share the available information with your contacts or through social media.

You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen, which contains a list of services to choose from.

Select "Make CliQ Payment"
You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen which contains a list of your aliases. In case you don’t already have one, you can create one.

Select Alias
You will be directed to the “Instant payment amount” screen where you can enter the amount you want to transfer, as well as modify your alias if needed.

Enter the Payment amount and tap "Continue"
You will be directed to select the payment method. Choose to either “Send to Alias” or “Send to a mobile contact”

Select sending method
You will be directed to a screen to fill the recipient’s "alias" or "phone number" or "choose from a list of recently used aliases".

Enter the alias Name or Phone number
You will be directed to the “Transfer Reason” screen which contains a list of reasons to choose from.

Select the CliQ payment purpose
You will be directed to the “Instant payment review” screen which contains information about the transfer.

Review the payment process then tap on “Make payment” located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Verify payment” screen where you can enter the verification code sent to you through text message.

Enter the verification code then tap on "Continue" located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Success” screen where you can share the available information with your contacts or through social media.

You will be directed to a screen to fill the recipient’s "IBAN" and "Name" or "choose from a list of recently used aliases".

Enter the Name and IBAN for Beneficiary
You will be directed to the “Transfer Reason” screen which contains a list of reasons to choose from.

Select the CliQ payment purpose
You will be directed to the “Instant payment review” screen which contains information about the transfer.

Review the payment process then tap on “Make payment” located at the bottom of the screen

Select “Request CliQ Payment”
You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen, which contains a list of your aliases. If you don’t already have one, you can create one.

Select Alias
You will be directed to the “payment request amount” screen, which allows you to enter the amount you want to request.

Enter amount you want to request and tap next at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to select the payment method screen and choose either to “Send to Alias” or “Send to a mobile contact”

Select your sending method
You will be directed to a screen to fill the information of the recipient alias or phone number or choose from your recently used aliases

Enter the alias name or phone number
You will be directed to the “Transfer Reason” screen which contains a list of reasons to choose from.

Select the purpose of the CliQ payment
You will be directed to the “Instant payment review” screen, which contains more information about the transfer.

Review the payment then tap on “Send request” located at the bottom of the screen

Enter the verification code then tap on "Continue" located at the bottom of the screen
You will be redirected to "Request Confirmation " screen where you can share the request information with your contacts or through social media.

Tap on CliQ payment request "Notification" located on the main screen
You'll receives a push notification with CliQ payment request you can accept or decline the request within one hour user will be redirected to accept or decline the request
Step 2 of 4
Tap on the notification to Accept or Decline the request
You will be directed to a screen with the request details. Tap on “Make Payment” to proceed to the verification screen.

Enter the verification code that you will receive via SMS
Then, tap on “Continue” to complete the payment process.

Payment completed successfully
You can share the payment details with contacts or through social media.

You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen which contains a list of services choose Return CliQ Payment.

Select Return CliQ Payment
You will be directed to the “Transfer History” screen, which contains all your previous CliQ transfers. Select the payment you want to return.

Transfer history
You will be directed to the “Return Payment” Screen where you can enter the amount you want to return. Tap continue at the bottom of the screen.

Enter Return payment amount screen or choose the entire amount
You will be directed to select the reason for returning the payment.
Step 5 of 7
Select the return payment reason
You will be directed to the “Return payment review” screen, which contains all the information of the transfer.
Step 6 of 7
Payment Preview then tap “Make Payment”
You will be directed to the “Success” screen.

Payment returned successfully!
You can share the request with your contacts or through social media channels
