Whether you’re handling transactions or overseeing approvals as an admin, our guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you manage your tasks efficiently. Learn how to make payments, add and delete bills, and manage payment approvals with the following steps

Create a new CliQ alias

Step 1 of 7

Go to “Cliq” from the toolbar on the left side of the screen

You will be directed to the “Cliq” page.

Click on “+Create a new alias” from the top right corner or the middle of the screen

You will be directed to the “Create new alias” popup window.

Step 3 of 7

Create a CliQ alias using an alias name or a mobile number. To create an alias using a name

● Click on “Alias name”
● Choose the account that’s going to be linked to the alias
● Enter a unique alias name made up of English letters and/or numbers
● Click on “Continue”
A popup window will appear to confirm the creation of your alias.

You’ve successfully created your CliQ alias!

Step 5 of 7

To create an alias using a mobile number

● Click on “Mobile number”
● Choose the account that’s going to be linked to the alias
● Review the mobile number that’s registered in our records
● Click on “Continue→”

You will receive an OTP (one-time password) through an SMS.

Step 6 of 7

Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number to verify it, then click on “Continue”

A popup window will appear to confirm the creation of your alias.

You’ve successfully created your CliQ alias!

Start now!

Step 1 of 7

Go to “Cliq” or “Payments” from the toolbar on the left side of the screen

You will be directed to the “Cliq” screen.

Step 2 of 7

If you proceeded from the "Cliq" page, press the “+Make Cliq payment” button located at the top right side

You will be directed to the “CliQ payment” popup window.

If you proceeded from the “Payments” page, press the “CliQ payment” button located at the top centre

You will be directed to the “CliQ payment” popup window.

Step 4 of 7

Fill in the needed details

● The alias that you’ll be transferring money from
● The alias type (name, mobile number, or IBAN)
● Payment amount
● The beneficiary’s alias
● Click on “Continue→”

You will be directed to the next “CliQ payment” popup window that allows you to choose the reason for payment.

Choose the reason you’re making the payment

Then click on “Continue→” You will be directed to the “Review payment” popup window.

Step 6 of 7

Review your payment details, then click on “Done”

A popup window will appear to confirm that your CliQ payment has been submitted for review.

Your CliQ payment has been sent and is ready to be approved!

Confirming the payment according to the permissions workflow

Step 1 of 9

Go to the “Transfers” tab under the “Payments” category. Then, click on the more (…) icon next to that specific payment

A list of options will appear.

Step 2 of 9

Click on “Confirm”

You will proceed with the payment, then you will be directed to “Review payment”.

Click confirm on the “Review payment”

From the popup window containing the payment details.

Click on “Confirm”

You will be directed to the next “Review payment” popup window.

Step 5 of 9

Click on “Confirm” again

You will be directed to another popup window to confirm the action.

Step 6 of 9

Your payment was successfully submitted!

A popup window will appear to confirm that your payment has been submitted for review.

Step 7 of 9

Click decline

From the more (…) icon next to that specific payment, you will be directed to the “Decline payment” popup window to confirm the action.

Click on “Decline” again

The payment will not be processed.

Successfully declined!

Delete a CliQ alias

Step 1 of 4

Go to “Cliq” from the toolbar on the left side of the screen

You will be directed to the “Cliq” page.

Click on the more (…) icon next to the alias you want to delete

A list of options will appear. Click on “Delete alias”.

Step 3 of 4

Confirm the action by clicking on “Delete” from the popup window

A popup window will appear to confirm your action.

Step 4 of 4

Your alias has been successfully deleted!
